Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Draft27. This policy explains when you can return an item and how refunds are issued.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging where applicable.

• Opened sealed product (e.g. booster boxes/packs) once the seal is broken, except where required by law.
• Items marked "final sale" or "as-is" at the time of purchase.
• Gift cards and store credit.

To start a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you want to return. We will provide return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

If you paid all or part of an order with a gift card or store credit, that portion is refunded back to your gift card or store credit balance rather than to a card or bank account, and any remainder goes back to the payment method you used for it.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. a wrong or defective item).

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (per this policy) and place a new order.
